Students who are disabled, have a chronic health condition or a specific learning difficulty
The University’s Student Disability Service supports students with dyslexia, mental health issues and students on the autistic spectrum, as well as those who have physical and sensory impairments.
All students on a full-time course of studies in Scotland are eligible for National Health Service (NHS) treatment.

Private health insurance
Private insurance might be an option for short term or visiting students who feel like they would like more medical support.
You should ensure that you take out adequate insurance protection to cover personal items, such as baggage, books, personal computers and so on.
