Wellbeing Drop In Service

Stop by the Health & Wellbeing Centre on Bristo Square to access our drop-in service.

THIS SERVICE IS NOW PAUSED UNTIL SEPTEMBER 2022.

We now offer a wellbeing drop in service where you can have a chat about how you are getting on or discuss how to access more specialist support during your time at university.

Please use this service if:

  • You’d just like to have a friendly chat with someone from the University
  • You’re feeling lonely or isolated and you’d like to talk to someone about anything that’s on your mind
  • You’d like some advice or support on how you can manage your wellbeing

How to use this service

The sessions are available in the Student Disability Service, The Health & Well-being Centre, 7 Bristo Square on Mondays and Thursdays between 13.00 – 16.00.

These are drop in sessions which are available on a first come first service basis. Advance booking of sessions is not available.

Sessions will be restricted to a 15 minutes meeting. When you arrive, check-in via the ‘Drop in sessions’ option on the tablet by reception.  It will indicate the waiting time for the next available session.
