Work experience summary help (Veterinary Medicine)

A work experience summary (WES) is required from all undergraduate applicants to the Veterinary Medicine course.

When is the deadline for submitting the WES?

The deadline for submitting your WES is 22 October 2023.

How do I upload the WES?

Log in to EUCLID and go to your 'Home & Intray' tab to find the message 'Clearance Check Documents required for BVMS Veterinary Medicine (UTCLIVMBVMS)'.

Click the link to open the message. 

The message includes a link to the WES form.

Fill in the form with your details and click the 'Submit WES Form' button at the bottom of the page. 

A copy of the WES form will be emailed to you. Once you have received the document via email, save a copy on your computer.

Return to your intray message in EUCLID and select the 'Upload Document' link at the bottom of the message to start the upload process.

PLEASE NOTE: Only click the upload button once you are ready to upload your document. The option will disappear once it has been selected.

Click the 'Choose File' button to locate your document.

Once you document has been selected, click the 'Upload Document' button.

Click 'Confirm and Continue' to complete the upload. 

You will then be taken back to the previous screen. The number of uploaded documents should now show 1. 

Select the 'Exit' option in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

A warning will be displayed asking if you are sure you want to exit.

Click 'Confirm Exit'

How do I know if my WES has been uploaded successfully?

After uploading there are two ways to tell that the upload was successful:

1. Your intray will show a green tick in the first column to indicate the upload task is complete:
