Maintain a Funding Package
Adding/amending component details within a Funding Package.
Having allocated a Funding Package to a student, you may upload an award letter and record the components of the package. Funding may consist of a number of components such as Tuition fees, Stipend and Travel Costs, however a full list may be found here.
Where you are funding separate components , you will need to record each of these components within the Funding Package for a Student.
The Package will be presented on the Funding Details page under the title Current Funding.
By clicking on the chevron alongside the Package title you will be presented with:
- Summary of Award button, selecting this this will display a summary of all authorised components recorded.
- Upload Award letter, select this to upload an award letter, or view an award letter.
- Edit Funding Years, provides the ability to edit component details for each year.
