Navigating the Mobility Online menu structure

After an initial authorization via user name and password Mobility Online will load the University of Edinburgh interface to the system:

You can expand of collapse any item by clicking the '+ ' and '–' icons.

When you first log in to Mobility Online this is the screen you will see.  It gives you access to all the programmes to which your students may have applied or been allocated.  The application pipeline is structured by academic year, exchange programme and incoming/outgoing. 

Depending on their subject area students may be able apply for School level exchanges which are subject specific exchange agreements and/or General agreements which are University wide and not subject specific.
