Null sits on the Course Board Report

Use the "Course Board Report - Resits" to display both resit at second attempt and null sit students.

The "Course Board Report - Resits" will display students on the course with a provisional (unratified) course result.

At the time you run this report for the resit boards, null sit students will be unratified as you would've needed to do this in order to enter new marks.  So as long as null sits are unratified they'll show on the report alongside students on their second attempt.
