View key points to remember when managing your Degree Programme Table (DPTs) within EUCLID, including rollover dates, the course seeding timetable, and the publication of the Degree Regulations and Programme of Study (DRPS) details.
Degree Programme Table (DPT) Editors should keep the followng key points in mind when creating, amending and maintaining DPTs.
- DPTs and Courses are rolled forward mid-January each year, creating a copy of the current DPT for the next academic year
- You should create & edit your DPTs before the Degree Regulations and Programme of Study (DRPS)publication in earlty April
- Course seeding takes place at beginning of July – you must have DPT editing completed by then
- Adding/deleting courses results in the immediate update of course the collections.
- If a course is added to a collection in error, you can remove this up to 6 weeks after the course has started, after which only Student Systems can remove it otherwise it would look like a student withdrawal if schools performed this task
- Ensure curriculum details are accurate and up to date
