Programme change request management

A guide on using this new search function to return a list of all the change requests entered into EUCLID. This function can be a specific list or a general search of change requests, of any type of change request, at any status. A returned list can again be filtered further to avoid unnecessary searches. A BI Suite report is also available to provide an overview of programme change requests made.

The Search facility allows you to return programme change requests in any of the following criteria:

Upon running your search you will have the options to filter the list by any of the column headers with multiple columns at any time.

Further information and details on any specific programme change request be seen by clicking on the highlighted "TYPE" link. Opening up these programme change requests details will allow you to open up the specific student record in the studend hub.

BI Suite Reporting

The following details of programme change requests are available to view in a report via BI Suite

• Number of request types per School/college or overall 
• Number of request types submitted in given period (by school/college or overall) 
• Number of requests by Programme type (UG or PG) 
• Request details by School or Overall
