My programme change request seems to have been done, but I can't see the change on the student record. What should I do?

If your change does not appear on the Student record it may be because your request did not apply to the current session and this is the reason why you are not able to see it yet. 

You can see changes that apply to a future session within the 'Registration progression records' section at the bottom of the Student hub 'Programme' page.

If you are still unable to see the change, contact the Student Records Team (SRT) using the details below, with the following information to hand:

  • the student's UUN
