Viewing PGR Annual Reviews as an External Academic

View guidance for External Academics on how to access your student's annual review.

If you are involved in a postgraduate research student's supervision you may be sent an e-mail asking you to participate in your student's annual review process. The e-mail will contain a link which will open directly to the annual review.

You will not be able to open the annual review from the link until you have submitted your agreement to the University's guidelines concerning the 'Disclosure of Information about Students'. This process is described via the link below:

EUCLID Access for External Academics

You will be able to access all of your students' annual reviews from the EUCLID student hub. This is described via the link below:

EUCLID navigation for External Academics

In EUCLID, click 'Students, then below 'Postgraduate Lifecycle' click 'Annual Review Monitoring | My Students'.

The screen will display the list of your students' annual reviews. Click the 'View Review' button to access the annual review.

The annual review will display an overview of the student's PGR Annual review progress. Scroll through the review to read comments by participants in the annual review process. You will be able to complete your own section and submit the review to the next person in the process.
