Access to the Professions is run in conjunction with Reach: Scotland. It provides advice and guidance to eligible state school pupils in the south east of Scotland interested in applying to Medicine, Law or Veterinary Medicine. This project is a merger of two previous projects (Pathways to the Professions and Reach: Edinburgh).
Access to the Professions (with Reach: Scotland) works with eligible school pupils interested in the high demand professional areas of Law, Medicine and Veterinary Medicine.
Who We Support
We work with all interested S4-S6 pupils in 41 target state schools across the south east of Scotland. Pupils who do not attend one of our target schools but meet our additional eligibility criteria can also join the project.
What We Do
Access to the Professions (with Reach: Scotland) supports registered pupils in all aspects of the pre-application and application process for Law, Medicine and Veterinary Medicine by running activities and events to support S4-S6 pupils.
