Privacy statement: Registering for a Widening Participation project
How we use your information when involved with a widening participation project.
We will use your personal data to allow us to process your registration, because by registering for the project you give us your consent to do so. We will use the contact details you provide to communicate with you about the project; ensuring that you have the information you need to participate allows us to fulfil our contract as the project provider. We will also use your contact details to ask you for feedback about the project because it is in our legitimate interest to measure satisfaction as part of our commitment to continuous improvement.
We may also use your information to research your educational outcomes and destinations during and after school. Project activities may be photographed or recorded because it is our legitimate interest to do so, and images may be kept for up to five years. If you do not wish to be included you can object by emailing the event organiser.
We will also contact you about future events you might be interested in if you have given your consent to this. You can opt out of this at any time.
