Higgs Scholarships

The School of Physics and Astronomy are offering six scholarships to applicants who have applied to study full-time on either the MSc Theoretical Physics, MSc Mathematical Physics or MSc Particle and Nuclear Physics programmes of study for the 2020-2021 academic session.

Research Scholarships

A number of highly competitive scholarships are available each year to new research postgraduate students.

Soft Matter and Functional Interfaces Centre for Doctoral Training (SOFI CDT)

The SOFI CDT is funded by the EPSRC. It is a tri-institutional collaboration between the Universities of Durham, Edinburgh and Leeds, with the core aim of training the next generation of industrial SOFI science and enterprise leaders through a rich programme of industrially integrated postgraduate training.
