MSc Leading Major Programmes Merit Scholarship

The University of Edinburgh is an Education Partner with the Women’s Engineering Society (WES). As a demonstration of our commitment to support and inspire women to achieve as engineers and leaders, three scholarships are available to prospective students commencing the part-time MSc in Leading Major programme in 2020-202, one of which will be awarded to a female candidate.

Each Scholarship is worth £5,000 and is tenable for two academic years (£2,500 per academic year).  The scholarship will be deducted from tuition fees.

This scholarship is available to applicants of UK and EU nationality.  Applicants must have been accepted for admissions on a part-time basis for the MSc in Leading Major Programmes for entry in 2020-2021.

The scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic merit, the applicant's future and personal career goals, and the extent to which the scholarship will support the candidate to meet these goals. Candidates must have the international equivalent of a UK first class or 2:1 Honours degree at undergraduate level.

Information on how to apply will follow shortly.  The closing date for applying is 30th June 2020.

All applicants will be notified of the outcome by the end of August 2020.
