Data Protection legislation gives you the right to request the information the Service and University holds about you through a Subject Access Request.  

  • To request information the Disability and Learning Support Service holds about you, please complete our online data request form  linked below.
  • To request information the whole University holds about you (i.e. not just our Service), please contact the Records Management department who will coordinate the collation of the data from all departments.   Making a request via Records Management.

Please Note: We only keep your data for 5 years after you graduate or leave the University.
