We are open Monday – Friday, 9am – 4.45pm.  We are also able to arrange appointments via Skype, email or phone if you are unable to come into the Service to meet with an Advisor.  In addition, some services we offer are available Monmday to Thursday evenings  in semester time.

It would be extremely helpful if you provide us with any documents relating to your disability, health condition or learning difficulty, such as an Educational or Clinical Psychologist’s report or letter from your GP or other relevant medical professional.  You can find further information about acceptable evidence here: https://www.ed.ac.uk/student-disability-service/students/evidence
