Guidance for students on the Equality Act
This guidance, from the Equality and Human Rights Commission, explains equality rights for students in higher education. Higher education (HE) institutions have legal obligations under the Equality Act 2010, which means that they cannot discriminate against, harass or victimise disabled students.
