We offer self-help and online resources, one-to-one therapy, plus as a series of workshops. We can also refer you on to mentoring and physical health support within the University.
One-to-one therapy (Counselling)
You can refer yourself to us for an initial counselling assessment, in person or via email. After this appointment, we can recommend the best next steps.
If you are interested in email counselling you should submit an application in the same way as for face to face counselling but indicate on the form that the request is for email counselling.
Skills for Life and Learning
We run presentation workshops on a variety of topics. These are mostly held in the Main Library, and are open to all students.
Health and exercise
Our Support for Physical Activity programme can help support mental and emotional health and wellbeing through physical exercise.
