Uses of your data

'Retention period' refers to the number of academic years that your data will be held after your final contact with our Service.

Cancellations

To keep waiting times down please email or call us with at least 48 hours notice (two working days) if you need to cancel an appointment.

Special Circumstances submissions

We can provide supporting evidence for Special Circumstances submissions if you have attended counselling sessions.

Professional ethics

We adhere to a strict ethical code, and never reveal your identity in discussions with anyone outside our Service.
