Immigration Health Surcharge increase

The Immigration Health Surcharge will increase on 27 October 2020.

Following parliamentary approval, the Immigration Health Surcharge will increase from 27 October 2020.

For Students and their Dependants, the surcharge will rise from £300 to £470 per year.   The fee for other application categories will rise from £400 to £624 per year. 

Applications submitted on or after 27 October will be subject to the new increased fee.
