Financial requirements

In most cases, if you are applying for a Student visa, you will you need to provide financial evidence to show you have enough money to cover your tuition fees and living costs. There may also be additional documents when using certain types of financial evidence.

Who needs to provide financial documents

You will need to prepare your financial documents. However, if you are applying from inside the UK and have been living in the UK for at least 12 continuous months with a valid visa, you will meet the financial requirement automatically.

How much money you need

The full amount that you need to show includes tuition fees and living costs of up to £9,207. You can find your tuition fees for your programme on your CAS.
