This impressive, bright and fully air-conditioned gym hosts a variety of state of the art Precor equipment dedicated to meeting our member’s cardiovascular fitness needs.

Our Cardiovascular (CV) gym is located on the ground floor and adjoins the Eric Liddell gym.
This area has over 102 stations of high-quality Precor equipment making it is one of the biggest and best in the country. Here is what's on offer:

Our qualified gym staff are available to provide free help with the equipment to ensure your work-out is safe, productive and enjoyable. Personal trainers are available for an additional fee and can assist with a more specialised training regime.
