Physical training for climbing 

Grounded in sport science research and with a focus on practical application, our Physical Training for climbing workshop is designed to give you an overview of the key training principles you need to know, to plan your physical training for climbing.

We will cover different types of training, how to train a number of physical attributes, and have weekly sessions on the wall to help you put what you’ve learned into practice in the presence of an experienced coach.

This workshop is suitable for those who have been climbing consistently for at least six months, and who have already developed a good range of technical skills. If you’re unsure if this workshop is for you please speak to one of our friendly climbing wall team.
