Courses
Your roped climbing journey starts here! Learn all the rope skills required to Top-Rope safely at an indoor climbing wall. This one-off course covers how to tie in with a safe climbing knot, how to belay and how to safely catch a falling climber. Everything you need to get started!
Course duration: 2 hours,
Price: £20 per person and includes all equipment
Learn the skills and techniques required to lead climb safely indoors. This course includes lead belaying, lead clipping techniques, how to take and catch lead falls along with the problem-solving skills you need to lead climb safely at an indoor wall.
You need to be able to comfortably climb around 6a and be able to belay a top-roping climber confidently and safely to take full advantage of this course.
Course duration: approximately 4 hours split between two sessions
Price: £50 per person
Individually tailored coaching sessions focused on you. These courses can cover a whole range of technical, tactical or mental skills training, as well as help you plan your physical training and longer-term development in climbing. Whether you’re simply looking to improve your climbing or need to prepare for a trip or event, we can help!
Course duration: 1 hour 30 minutes,
Price: £30 per person and includes all equipment

Climbing Movement Skills
Keen to take your climbing to the next level, or just get off to the best possible start? Join our climbing movement skills workshop!
This workshop is aimed at new climbers looking to learn a good range of technical movement skills to help them climb better, and more efficiently.

Physical training for climbing
Grounded in sports science research and with a focus on practical application, our physical training for climbing workshop is designed to give you an overview of the key training principles you need to know, to plan your physical training for climbing.
We will cover different types of training, how to train a number of physical attributes, and have weekly sessions on the wall to help you put what you’ve learned into practice in the presence of an experienced coach.
This workshop is suitable for those who have been climbing consistently for at least six months, and who have already developed a good range of technical skills. If you’re unsure if this workshop is for you please speak to one of our friendly climbing wall team.
