Pilates relies on strengthening core postural muscles and developing alignment and awareness.

Pilates workshops typically run continuously in 5-week blocks with a drop-in option available.

Book early to avoid disappointment as spaces do fill up fast. Course fees for the 5-week blocks are:

  • Members: £40
  • Non-members: £50


No equipment required but you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you wish. Please wear gym clothes and bring a bottle of water.
