How to book
All our classes, workshops and courses have limited spaces available so it is highly recommended that you book your place in advance.
How to book - Classes
Members: Classes can fill up quickly so always book as soon as possible. There is a 3-day window before your class in which you can book online (simply register for an account) or at Pleasance reception. Cancellation is also possible both online and in person.
Non-members: Active For Life classes are run on a drop-in basis for members and non-members alike. UoE staff and student non-members can also attend classes if there are spaces left at the beginning of the session but must pay an entry fee to access the facility.
How to book - Workshops
All workshops have limited spaces available so it is highly recommended that you book your place in advance.
Members and non-members may book single or multiple blocks of workshops in advance at the Pleasance sports centre reception. Please note that:
- No email or phone bookings can be taken for workshops at this time.
- Payment must be made at the time of booking.
- There are no pro-rata options available for workshops.
- No refunds can be given once a workshop has started.
Non-members should also note that:
- Non-member fees and rules apply to all guests.
Cancellation of workshops
The sport centre staff reserve the right to cancel any workshop up to three days before the start if numbers are insufficient to run the course and/or if facility concerns arise.

How to book - Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat
To secure your place on the Firbush Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat, please register at Reception at the Pleasance Sports Complex & Gym, full payment due by 1st March 2018.
