Peffermill is a fantastic venue for your city centre meeting, with onsite parking for up to 160 vehicles and a choice of catering options.
Located only 2.5 miles from the city centre, a short drive or bus journey from the University central campus and within walking distance of King's Buildings, Peffermill is the ideal venue for your next meeting, conference or event. Our flexible meeting spaces can host up to 200 guests and all offer fantastic panoramic views of the grounds and surrounding area and our flexible facilities make them ideal for a range of sporting, corporate and fun events.

- Our 1-2-1 service: Our dedicated events team will help you every step of the way to ensure you and your guests have the best possible experience.
- Stay connected: Included in all our meeting room packages are access to free WiFi and our newly upgraded AV system as well as our PA system and flip charts.
- Keep refreshed: The Clubhouse bar is open on most Wednesday evenings and Saturdays and can be made available to support any Peffermill event by request. A wide array of snacks and meal options are available from Peffermill's franchise caterers. Snack bar (cash sales), hot or cold buffets, and served meals have to be arranged in advance and can be adapted to suit most circumstances and budgets.For more information on all catering requirements (which must be ordered in advance), please contact Peffermill's franchise caterer, Edinburgh University Students Association. Please note that special functions may carry a surcharge to cover additional staff and facility requirements.

Our staff will go to exceptional lengths to make sure special events are superbly supported throughout the planning and delivery stages . Over the past couple of years we have hosted events including tournaments, meetings and conferences for various local sports clubs, governing bodies and businesses. How to book
Booking fee includes access to designated rooms, furniture, moveable wipe boards and projector screen. Any changes to set up during the day may incur additional charges.
