We currently offer a variety of workshops and outdoor activities to help keep you active. These sessions include Yoga and online Tai Chi workshops as well as outdoor Bootcamps at Easter Bush and Peffermill.

Join our Active Lives team for a 10-week running programme. It is designed for beginners and teaches techniques to help grow your confidence and stamina.

Learn to lift for women

Sign up for this FREE workshop to learn some of the basic lifting techniques and how to keep safe while lifting.
