Our Services

At FASIC we use Pilates as an adjunct to our management of both injury recovery in spinal pain and other sports injuries, and high-performance training regimes. 

Our teachers are Body Control Pilates trained. We offer 1:1, 1:2 and small group sessions and use mat-work, small equipment such as bands, balls and rollers, and studio equipment (reformer, Exo chair and tower).

We regularly run 90-minute Pilates workshops (currently via Zoom) which aim to give the participant an understanding of how Pilates based exercises are relevant to their individual sport requirements.  We also offer a 90 minute Pilates for Back Health workshop
