Located only two and a half miles from the city centre and incorporating the National Hockey Academy, the 27 acre Peffermill site offers a hugely impressive array of training and competition facilities for everybody to enjoy.
Facilities include; two floodlit water-based artificial pitches (internationally accredited), 3G pitches for sports such as rugby, football and Lacrosse, nine five-a-side pitches (3G surface), 10 grass pitches, Two cricket squares, a 100 metre synthetic training track and changing facilities in three pavilions. We also offer conference and meeting facilities, a Bar and lounge area and on-site parking for 160 cars and six coaches.
The facilities at Peffermill are open to all, from the casual user to the international athlete, with users from a variety of sectors including the University community, local clubs, corporate organisations, schools and national governing bodies of sport.

At Peffermill, we do have car parking facilities but at peak times this can quickly reach capacity - consider planning ahead and car pooling with others or alternatively, Peffermill is easily accessible by bus with various routes on Lothian Buses stopping nearby, including the 2, 14, 21, 30 and 42.
