Yoga

Our yoga workshops are suitable for all levels and those looking to improve their yoga skills. 

Over the 5 weeks, you will be introduced to a variety of postures in a vinyasa flow style. This practice focuses on synchronising the breath with the continuous flow of movement, building both strength and flexibility. Delivered by our very own Yoga practitioner June Underwood.

£35  for the 5-week block 

Equipment:

You will need a yoga mat or towel. We recommend you wear comfortable gym clothes and have a bottle of water nearby.
