Our yoga workshops are suitable for all levels and those looking to improve their yoga skills. 

Over the 5 weeks, you will be introduced to a variety of postures and you will build on both strength and flexibility. The yoga workshops are delivered by our very own Yoga practitioner June Underwood.

About our workshops

Hatha Yoga

This gentle yoga workshop is perfect for beginners. The slow-paced workshop will focus on breathing, poses and mindfulness. The benefits of Hatha Yoga include increased flexibility, lower stress levels, strengthening the body and can help boost your mood.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow has a faster pace than Hatha yoga so it would be perfect for members looking to improve. This workshop focuses on flowing movements with the emphasis placed more on the transitions in and out of each posture.


Please bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothing. You can bring your own mat if you prefer but we can supply them.
