About the workshop

Over the course of this 5 week's beginner workshop, you will learn a variety of self-defence techniques. Along with the technical aspects of self-defence, you will learn to improve your confidence and ability in matters of personal safety. There will be team games included to keep it light-hearted and make sure you get a great workout whilst learning to stay safe.


No equipment is required unless stated by instructors. Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing (no zips) and be ready to learn!
