About the workshop
Over the course of the 5 week's beginner workshop, you will learn various self-defence techniques. Along with the technical aspects of self-defence, you will learn to improve your confidence and ability in matters of personal safety. Team games will be included to keep it light-hearted and ensure you get a great workout whilst learning to stay safe.
No equipment is required unless stated by instructors. Please bring a water bottle, wear comfortable clothing (no zips), and be ready to learn!
