Our online yoga workshops are suitable for all levels and those looking to improve their yoga skills. 

Over the 5 weeks, you will be introduced to a variety of postures in a vinyasa flow style. This practice focuses on synchronising the breath with the continuous flow of movement, building both strength and flexibility. Delivered by our very own Yoga practitioner June Underwood.

You will need a yoga mat or towel. We recommend you wear comfortable gym clothes and have a bottle of water nearby.
