Due to current Covid-19 restrictions we are unable to offer visits to The University of Edinburgh or our academic Schools at this time

It isn't easy to make the right decision about where you want to study. That's why at the University of Edinburgh we want you to experience the College of Science and Engineering for yourself.

Online Information Sessions

The University runs a range of online events that you can access wherever you are in the world.  The 'Introduction to the University of Edinburgh' sessions run regularly every week and provide an overview of what it's like to study with us, as well as an opportunity to ask questions. Campus Tours and Virtual Visit

Due to current Covid-19 restrictions tours of  our central campus and our King's Buildings campus are not currently running . Why not try our Virtual Visit instead and explore what it's like to study and live in Edinburgh.


Open Days

You might also be interested in coming along to one of the University Open Days when members of the academic staff and current students are present to meet with prospective applicants and parents. Due to current Covid-19 restrictions these events have been taking place online.


Undergraduate Offer Holder Events

Between January and April each year our academic Schools hold events for offer holders to undergraduate programmes.
