Roles and responsibilities
Each member of staff involved in the Performance Development Review will have a specific responsibilities related to their role.
Reviewers must treat any conversations and/or documentation that are part of the P&DR process as confidential, unless otherwise agreed. Senior managers in the reviewee’s line management structure may access the information for legitimate management purposes.
Performance management processes
Line managers are expected to engage in a whole range of interrelated processes which underpin successful performance.
