The University is proud of our diverse and international community and is intent on ensuring we provide the best support to all our staff, students and their families.
Issues for current and prospective staff and students related to Brexit are addressed on the University and Europe website.
A programme of additional support provides EEA staff and staff with EEA partners with up-to-date information, legal advice on the possibilities and procedures to secure permanent residency in the UK or British citizenship, along with financial support to help with those procedures.
There are two types of financial support currently in place for non-EEA staff, the Interest Free Loan and Tier 2 Visa Fee Reimbursement, and legal advice available at a preferential rate for University of Edinburgh staff.
