Team dynamics

A workshop to learn about team dynamics and what makes teams really work, or not…

Workplace

In this interactive workshop led by Kirsty Bathgate and organised by Edinburgh Innovations, attendees were invited to view teams as strategic assets.

Participants learned to actively consider team dynamics, reflecting on what makes teams work and what factors hinder them.

Whether in scientific, operating or technical settings, the laboratory is more than ever dependant on the ability of people working together effectively. Team elements can either make or break enterprise growth, performance and change.

Collaboration builds across departments and institutions connect markets and allow work to get done in ways that cannot happen in separate endeavours. This workshop was an opportunity to reflect on all those factors impacting teams in positive and negative ways.

The session was part of the Breakthrough Enterprise programme of workshops.
