Mental health and home working
A webinar on keeping a healthy mind while working from home.

On 27 August 2020, our campus hosted a webinar focused on maintaining mental health while working from home.
Given the pandemic we are currently living, with most of us working from home, the aim of the webinar was to help staff understand and protect their mental health and wellbeing.
The session was delivered by MH Scot Workplace Wellbeing which has been working with our campus for the last few years, running mental health first aid training.
The webinar was informative and interactive, and explored the concepts of mental health and wellbeing, the psychological effects of home working, how to retain a realistic perspective and challenge negative thoughts, and how to support yourself and others.
