This session covered how to foster community, cohesion and cooperation when working in collaborative teams.

Participants explored the challenges, complications and opportunities of working together, and how best to use tools to support them.

They discussed how to make a team purposeful and productive and how to create a compelling collaborative culture built on trust.

Attendees learned how to be effective in leading collaborations, the importance of inclusion and how to maintain an open, engaging environment.

As a result of attending this course, participants are now able to build and maintain a purposeful and productive team, create effective collaborations, and lead with confidence.

The online session was hosted by the Roslin Career Development Committee on 20 July, with external trainer Chris Russell.
