Abraham is a third and final year PhD student in the Grey lab. He is interested in the identification of novel host-virus interactions using high-throughput approaches. Using an small interfering RNA library targeting nearly 7,000 genes that are considered to have high therapeutic potentials, he has identified a number of novel host factors that are crucial for human cytomegalovirus replication, assembly and egress.

Before joining the Grey lab, he completed his BSc degree in Immunology and Infection at the University College London (UCL) in 2015, and did a year of Masters of Research (MRes) study in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Glasgow.
