The sheep gene expression atlas was publised in 2017 in PLoS Genetics

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The sheep gene expression atlas included links to all the raw data, sample information and a searchable database of gene expression across tissues via the gene annotation platform BioGPS. It provided the livestock genomics community with a model trasncriptome for ruminants.
