Data analysis

Please do not undertake data analysis on the instruments.

  • FlowJo is available from Information Services for £200 per year. A FlowJo training course is run annually. https://www.wiki.ed.ac.uk/display/sbsdocs/FlowJo
  • If you want to transfer the license to another computer, please contact IS.Helpline@ed.ac.uk with the subject "FlowJo license transfer (FAO: Biology)"
  • Summit is available from the Roslin IT Helpdesk for free. If you are analysing your samples on the LSRFortessa and wish to use Summit for analysis, please export your files as FCS 2
  • DIVA and FlowJo are available on the analysis computers within the Bio-Imaging Suite. As a matter of courtesy, please speak to Anna Raper in the first instance.
