Imaging Software

Programmes for image analyses.

For measurement and analysis, the Bioimaging Facility mainly uses the public domain software package, ImageJ, with various measurement plug-ins available. Additionally we have all 8 modules of the increasingly used Image Processing Program Bitplane Imaris 9.5. There is a nominal one-off charge (£1,000 per group, to make use of £26K software) for use of this software.
