Our recruitment philosophy and the application process.
1. Before starting your application you should download the role description to learn more about the role. You should also watch the information sessions to learn more about the RA role and the application process.
2. The Information session video will help to provide you with the opportunity to learn more about the role and hear from current RAs about their experience
3. Applications are submitted online via the eRezLife system. To access the eRezLife system please click here: Please sign in - eRezLife
4. If you are successful at application stage you will be invited to an assessment day. During the assessment day you will complete an individual interview and work with other applicants on a group activity. Please be aware that outcomes will be sent directly via the eRezLife system.
