Implement retention schedule

Each year, identify any records that have reached the end of their retention period and implement the disposal action.

If your core committee records are wanted by the University Archive, and they include separate annexes or papers which deal exclusively with cases about individual staff or students, exclude these from the records you transfer to the University Archive.

For example, do not transfer to the University Archive annexes or papers concerning individual students such as interruptions of study and appointment of examiners.
