Information Compliance Services

Information Compliance Services

Information Compliance Services supports the University’s compliance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 and the right of subject access requirements under data protection legislation.

We provide a service to all areas of the University by coordinating complex freedom of information, environmental information and subject access requests. We do this by working with the areas responsible for the information. Where requests are not complex, we provide advice to help areas respond to requests directly.
