Background

Wendy has been with the department since it formation in 2013 having recently moved from Office Manager role into a new SRS Business Manager post overseeing the work of the operations team, business functions and supporting the senior management team as well as continuing to provide PA support to Dave Gorman, Director.  Wendy has 25 years experience in Office Management and Senior PA/Administrative roles, having worked predominately in recruitment and sporting corporate hospitality sectors for companies such as Rangers Football Club, Hastings International, Platinum One, Micheal Page & Think Global Recruitment. Having relocated from Ayrshire in 2000, Wendy started her Edinburgh based career at Queen Margaret University College as PA to Head of Travel & Tourism so has come full circle back into the higher education sector.
