Background
Tom joined the Development and Alumni Department in 2024 and leads the Communications team, providing support across the University's alumni relations and philanthropy.
He has over 18 years Communications and Marketing roles, working in positions across central government, the third sector, high growth tech and start ups and entrepreneurship.
Before joining the Alumni and Development Department he worked for the University of Edinburgh's first DDI Hub, the Bayes Centre and at the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies, providing expertise in entrepreneurship, international recruitment, B2C and B2B promotion and sales, events and other major university initiatives.
