Background

Sikandar completed the SGPE MSc in Economics in 2015, having previously studied at St Xavier’s College in Mumbai. He has also worked as an intern and Research Consultant at JPAL South Asia on projects dealing with Social Networks.

Research summary

Sikandar’s research interests include economic theory and adapting mathematics to economic problems. In particular, using the methods from the theory of networks to model different economic interactions to shed light on interdependence in decision making and exploring policy implications of the same.
