Current research interests

My doctoral research consists of a critical linguistic analysis of narrative point of view in contemporary speculative fiction by women authors. In particular, I am interested in how collective identity and collective action are constructed and framed in the text, and how these visions of collectivism relate to the genre and interact with feminist debates.
